How can I purchase tickets to visit Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood?

Answer: On-line. The most convenient way to purchase tickets is through our website at starlinetours.com and clicking the “Book Now”  located in the upper right corner of our website. Online purchases allow you to print your voucher at home for your convenience.

Are tickets available for purchase on-site?

Answer: We recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance through our website. Booking online provides you our best-value and prices may be higher at the main entrance. Tickets on-site are sold on a "first come, first served" basis.

How far in advance should I purchase my tickets?

Answer: Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is a popular attraction and availability is limited so we recommend buying your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

The dates I want to book are not available. What do I do?

Answer: It could be that your chosen time is sold out. We recommend selecting another day, or contacting Starline Ticketing  at +1 -323-463-9969.

What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: Your payment will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made with twenty-four (24) or more hours in advance of your reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, we are unable to offer a refund. In the event we are unable to provide the tour for any reason, we will refund affected tickets.

I need to reschedule my tour. Is this possible?

Answer: Rescheduling a tour is subject to availability and the refund policy above. There are two ways in which you can modify your booking details by calling Starline Tours at +1 -323-463-9969. Please have your booking information ready so our staff can assist you as efficiently as possible.

TOUR INFORMATION:

What areas of the studio does the Warner Bros Studio tour visit?

Answer: Everyday the tour routes change based on productions being filmed on the studio lot. Your tour will visit the backlot exterior sets, a working soundstage, the Batmobile Collection, DC Universe Exhibit, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts and more. Once you’re done with the guided portion of the Studio Tour, you’ll be able to get up close and personal in our interactive soundstage experience, Stage 48: Script to Screen. Here you can take a photo on the Central Perk couch or practice your Quidditch skills via green screen. Before you leave, you can check out the Warner Bros. Studio Store where you’ll find a wide variety of gifts for the TV and film fanatics in your life.

How long do the tours last?

Answer: You can expect the total Studio Tour experience, including the guided portion of the tour and a self-guided walk-through of Stage 48: Script to Screen, to last for around three hours. For the Classics Tour, please allow three and a half hours in your schedule to complete the tour, while our Deluxe Tour guests will enjoy a 5 hour tour experience. Tours leave within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, so plan accordingly so that you won’t miss the fun!

Is photography allowed at the studio?

Answer: Your knowledgeable guide will advise which areas of the Studio Tour are permitted for photography. As it is a working film studio, we hope you can keep some of our secrets. Video is not permitted. For media relations, please click our media relations page

Will I see celebrities on the tour?

Answer: Warner Bros. Studios is one of the busiest major motion picture and television studios in the world. The tour is a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse of everyday working life here at the studio. There is always the possibility of seeing key studio personnel, including well known faces. However, we cannot guarantee you will see celebrities during your tour.

What languages are the Studio Tours offered in?

Answer: Our studio tours are offered in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin at this time, with ASL interpreted tours also available.

Are tours offered when it is raining?

Answer: Yes, the studio tour is open seven days a week except for Christmas Day. During inclement weather, your tour guide will try to limit the time spent outside and focus more of the visits to indoor or covered areas.

Are there any restrictions?

Answer: Video photography and large bags are not allowed. Minors (Under Age 18) must be accompanied by an adult and children under 8 are not permitted. A form of legal photo identification is required to be shown during check-in..

The Classic Tours are available every day of the week?

Answer: Our Classic Tours are available daily from 3:30 pm. Times are subject to change so please check those days for availability when booking your tickets online.

How do I get to Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood?

Answer: Starline Tours shuttle bus picks up at your hotel and returns you to your hotel.

How early should I arrive to the studio for my scheduled tour and what do I need to bring to check-in?

Answer: Plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your designated tour time. Note that each guest is required to pass through a metal detector and produce a form of legal photo identification prior to entering the premises. Please do not bring large bags.

How should I dress when visiting the Warner Bros. Studios?

Answer: Comfortable attire is suggested, and we recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes. Many of the areas of the tour are outdoors so appropriate precautions should be taken. We suggest you avoid wearing sandals, leather-soled shoes, high heels and open-toe shoes.
