How do I use my Attractions Pass Card?
Using your Attractions Pass Card is easy! Choose the package that suits you best.
You can purchase it online. Once you have your card, you can pick and choose what you would like to see and do by using your free, easy reference guide. Our interactive map on the website can help you to easily plan your itinerary.
When you are ready to start using your card, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you can skip the line.
What are the benefits of an Attractions Pass Card?
With your Attractions Pass Card, you will receive great savings and value whether travelling alone or as a group. We offer flexible package arrangements to suit your travel plans. Every package offers free admission to loads of top attractions for key tourist destinations around the world. Not only will you save money on your travels, but you will also feel supported. Every Attractions Pass Card comes with a free colour attractions guide and you can use our interactive map online to help plan your itinerary. Finally, you will have cash free entry to attractions and don’t have to worry about carrying bulky tickets.
Who is an Attractions Pass Card for?
The Attractions Pass Card will benefit is anyone who visits one of our destinations. It is perfect for first time visitors, return visitors or locals looking for fun activities! Every package offers a variety of attractions and experiences to choose from. Not only can you experience popular attractions, you can also choose from lesser known ones that are bound to thrill and surprise you! The Attractions Pass Card is great if you don’t want to be bound to schedules during your trip. You have the flexibility to choose what you want to see and when you want to see it.
Is there an Attractions Pass Card package for children?
Yes, Attractions Pass Card does offer children’s packages. The age requirements differ across destinations so please be sure to take note when you are browsing through the packages.
Does my Attractions Pass Card come with a guide?
Yes. You will receive a free full colour, easy to reference guide with your card. The guides provide all of the information that you need about the attractions and it includes a handy map. In addition, you can use our interactive map online and view the specific location and proximity of all of the attractions and experiences included in your package. This can help you plan your travel schedule as well as get street directions. Print out of copy of the map and directions and take it with you.
Do you have an Attractions Pass Card family package?
No, currently we don’t offer a family package. Each member of your family will require their own card. However, the savings are still substantial.
How long is my Attractions Pass Card valid for?
Packages are valid from six months of date of purchase. Validity periods vary by package type and destinations. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase.
Do I have to use it for consecutive days?
Some packages are valid for use over consecutive days and some are valid for the number of 'tickets' purchased. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to purchase as they vary by destination and package type.
If I have to use my Attractions Pass Card over consecutive days, what time does it run out?
Some packages involve using your card over a set number of days. The card will expire on the on the final calendar day of your consecutive period. It is not based on 24 hour periods. For an example, if you purchase a 3-day attraction pass and begin to use it on Wednesday it will be valid until Friday.
What happens if attraction prices change?
Attraction ticket prices change for time to time, however once you have purchased your Attractions Pass Card, your attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package you purchased. Attraction price changes won’t affect them

Is ID needed at the attractions?
No. Your Attractions Pass Card is all you need to gain access to the attraction . Note Warner Bros Studio Tour guests are required to pass through a metal detector and produce a form of legal photo identification prior to entering the premises.
Planning
Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted these on your guide and on the relevant travel destination website in the attraction details. Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is a popular attraction and availability is limited.

Can I buy an Attractions Pass Card as a gift?
Yes. An Attractions Pass Card is an excellent gift idea for friends and relatives. Gift giving couldn't be easier! Just pick the destination and package type you would like to give and the recipient can choose what they want to do and when. With so many top attraction experiences on offer, you can't go wrong.
Can I purchase an Attractions Pass Card prior to arrival at my chosen travel destination?
All Attractions Pass Card can be purchased online. Just take your receipt to one of the collection points to pick up your card. The collection points will be listed on your receipt and the website under your selected destination.
Can I purchase an Attractions Pass Card package after arrival?
Yes. All Attractions Pass Card can be purchased at your destination after arrival. If you purchase online, you will need to allow 24 hours for your purchase to be processed. Otherwise, you can head to one of our store locations to purchase and collect your card. Please see the store locations tab under your destination for locations.
Can I collect my Attractions Pass Card before I arrive in my chosen destination?
No, you will have to collection your Attractions Pass card at one of the easy collection points in your chosen destination. Each Attractions Pass card varies according to destination so this is why you must collect it once you arrive at your destination.
